Is a retainer required to reserve my date?

Yes. A non-refundable retainer of 25% is required to officially reserve your wedding date. Once your contract is signed and the retainer is received, your date is secured on my calendar.

Can we make payments?

Absolutely. Most couples choose to make payments throughout their engagement, but you’re welcome to pay at whatever pace works best for you. The remaining balance is simply due by your wedding day.

When will we receive our photos?

You’ll receive a preview gallery within 24 hours so you have a few images to relive your day right away. Your full gallery will be delivered within six weeks.

How many images will we receive?

Every wedding is unique, so there’s no exact number. Most couples receive significantly more than the minimum listed in their collection because I never withhold meaningful moments.

Do you travel?

Yes! I’m based in Fort Payne, Alabama, and happily travel throughout the Southeast and beyond. If travel is required, I’ll provide a clear quote before booking so there are no surprises.

What happens if it rains?

Rain doesn’t ruin beautiful photographs—it simply tells a different story. I’ll help adjust your timeline if needed, bring clear umbrellas when possible, and make the most of whatever the day brings.

Will you help us create our wedding timeline?

Absolutely. One of the biggest ways I serve my couples is by helping create a photography timeline that allows the day to flow naturally while making sure every important moment is documented.

Do you pose us?

Yes—but never in a way that feels stiff or unnatural. I’ll gently guide you when needed while leaving plenty of room for genuine interaction and authentic moments to unfold.

What if we’ve never had professional photos taken?

You’re not alone! Most of my couples tell me they’re nervous at first. My job is to help you feel comfortable, relaxed, and fully present so your photographs reflect who you truly are—not awkward poses.

How do we receive our gallery?

Your images are delivered through a beautiful online gallery where you can download high-resolution files, share them with family and friends, and order professional-quality prints.

Do you carry backup equipment?

Always. I photograph every wedding with professional backup camera bodies, lenses, batteries, and memory cards because your wedding deserves that level of preparation.
